Top: Lobster Roll: Huge chunks of lobster meat mixed with mayo or something, and lettuce on a french roll.
Bottom: Lobster Pie: Chunks of Lobster topped off with breadcrumbs.
I cannot stand cold weather. It makes me miserable and sad. But, I would consider moving to Boston if that meant I could have a lobster roll whenever I wanted or even more amazing for the palate, a lobster pie. At Boston Chowda, located in Quincy Market, they give you generous portions of lobster, I’m talking chunks of it- which makes the price of the rolls or the pie a bit easier to swallow. Definitely stop there and try it, if lobster appeals to you.
